Q: What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets?
A: 2 pets max 75 lb combined pet limit. No exotic pets.
Q: How many pets may I have?
A: 2

A: Pet Fee $550 (1st pet) $ 275 (2nd pet)- and $25 monthly per rent (per pet)

Q: What are the income and credit qualifications?
A: Approved credit screening and income must qualify 3 times the rent.
Q: What is acceptable "proof of income" to sign a lease?
A: Last two Pay stubs, current bank statement showing recurring payroll deposits, last year's income tax return.
Q: What happens if I qualify for an apartment, but my roommate does not?
A: Approval is based on approved credit and background screening and total household income.
Q: Is my security deposit totally refundable?
A: No, cancellation terms apply.
Q: Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?
A: Yes for a maximum of 3 months.
Q: What utilities are included in my lease?
A: Internet and basic cable package offered through Hotwire Communications.
Q: How long is the term of the lease?
A: 7-24 months
Q: Do you accept leases for short terms?
A: 7 month lease term is shortest term. Premium rates apply.
Q: Am I required to have renters insurance?
A: Yes.
Q: Do you offer furnished apartments?
A: No, however CORT does offer a rental selection.
Q: Do you offer corporate apartments?
A: Open to Corporate rentals.
Q: If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
A: Place work order on-line through resident portal or contact management at 561.362.8448.
Q: When is my rent payment due?
A: The First of every month.
Q: What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
A: The 4th of every month.
Q: Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?
A: Yes.
Q: Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
A: You may pay on-line. There is No rent drop box.
Q: There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
A: Guests more than 14 consecutive days must be added to the lease.

A: We have self parking and reserve parking available to rent
Q: I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?
A: In a parking space. There is a 1 vehicle limit per space restriction.
Q: My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
A: Guests more than 14 consecutive days must be added to the lease.
Q: Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?
A: Yes, please see Community Rules.
Q: Do you have cable services?
A: Yes, Hotwire is the provider.

Pet Policy

Policy

Cast and dogs up to 75 punds permitted.

Limit 2 indoor pets per apartment. No exotic animals.

Fees

Non-refundable pet fee of $550 for the first animal plus $275 for each additional animal.

Pet Rent

Monthly Rent of $25/pet/month.

Breed Restrictions

Excluded dog breeds include Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chinese Shar-Pei, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Stafford Terrier, Chow, German Shepherd and any mix thereof. Letter required by Certified Veterinarian for proof of breed, weight, and required vaccinations.
